Opened in 2004, Rocky Mountain Oncology Center was a well-performing cancer center with high clinical standards — that was looking for a partner to provide business and growth expertise. In an effort to streamline operations and facilitate organic growth, e+CancerCare was brought on board to provide additional business resources that supplemented existing operations.
Soon after joining forces, we worked with our physicians to add new technology, like high-dose radiation therapy, to the center’s already successful cancer business. Not only has the center’s service line expanded, but so has the business — with a 35% revenue increase reported in 2008.
In 2009, we completed a $7 million expansion to Rocky
Mountain Oncology Center, making it one of the premier
outpatient cancer care destinations for cancer patients
in the West — and
one of the most successful partnerships through acquisition
in the growing e+CancerCare network. |
