When radiation oncologists from Mountain Radiation Oncology and Exempla Lutheran Medical Center, a community hospital based in Denver, wanted to build an outpatient cancer care facility in an underserved part of the city, they called on the experts at e+CancerCare. Working collaboratively, e+CancerCare and Exempla Lutheran Medical Center built the Cancer Care Center of Thornton — a $10 million comprehensive facility in suburban Denver that integrates diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy in one center.
This state-of-the-art, 19,124-square-foot de novo center was designed with the patient in mind — with a welcoming lobby, comfortable treatment areas, and medical oncology practitioners on-site delivering convenient one-stop care. |
